I could have written this myself! Outdoors is always better, always calm and content. Whenever things are fraught or stressful, a romp through the countryside is always a good remedy! Lovely post!

I'm always the one lagging behind with a camera! I agree wholeheartedly with this post - once you've got over the effort of getting up off the sofa, being outside is a wonder cure!

Beautiful post, Sally! I'm the same; I need to get out regularly to keep sane. I grew up right next to a forest and used to always play near or in it. Forests just make me feel calm, refreshed and content.
