When it's Good
The title above just about sums up life of late around Tangle Towers. I either have a day where i get up, hair is behaving; i put the right breakfast ingredients in the right places (NOTE TO SELF YOU WILL NEVER FIND PORRIDGE OATS IF YOU PUT THEM IN THE FRIDGE) and leave the house on time with no rain clouds as far as the eye can see and a happy little self. Or i get up only to catch a slight glimpse in the mirror and realise i look like i have been sleeping upside down (QUITE POSSIBLY HANGING FROM THE CEILING) with hair crazily stood on end …
Sometimes Spring
Do you think it is reliably a 100% SPRING somewhere? It seems our dear friend doesn't quite know what it wants to be. Days have been hit and miss of late and today was deliciously miserable. The kind of day that had all the makings of what could be such a beautifully typical SPRING-like day, but without enough gusto and too much rain over the weekend. It smelt divine. Rain Rain
Whilst i am used to getting a few funny 'yes you really are mad' glances as i try to cycle in gale force winds filming; contort my body into strange shapes to get the light just the right light for the beautiful Autumn leaves or balance on one leg at the traffic lights to take a picture of my new shoes; today i think i got the most. Sunshine and Showers
It is what my weather forecast has said on my phone for…at least the last three weeks. I have done the usual - shook it, turned it upside down, turned it off and on again, even talked to it. It is not broken - that is in fact the way things are rolling in good old Blighty at the minute. I know this is not a revelation to most of you!! So hopefully i shall manage to wear something and get some photographs at some point in the near future without getting drenched head to toe and being a grumpy bum!

So..
So today it rained. Again. Albeit not completely all of the time, just fits and spurts and random showers, combined with angry wispy wind. When you are trying to get out on a bike this can be most annoying. Unlike Saturdays saturating 'soaks you to the skin' type rain, today was at least manageable, in a 'as quick as you got a bit wet you got a bit dry' due to the wind.
