It has been a funny old WEEK.  I am still struggling with my sleep this week which for me, a little bit impacts on everything else in life! I am putting it down to being in work, then off work. I'm not a fan of a PLAN.  I mean unless you need to have one, where is the fun in knowing where you have got to go and what you are meant to be doing every milli-second?!  Oh no.  Today was the perfect example of a plan-less Sunday.
